This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website and our communications, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using this website or signing up for our communications, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We collect information that you choose to give us, including:
- Your name (first and last)
- Your mobile phone number
- Your email address

We may also automatically collect basic technical information when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and general usage data through standard website analytics. We use this information to operate and improve the site.
We do not knowingly collect more than you provide, and you can use most of the site without giving us any personal information.

The mobile information you provide and your consent to receive text messages will not be shared with or sold to any third party for that third party's own marketing purposes. We share your mobile number only with the service providers that help us operate our messaging program (described below), and only so they can send messages on our behalf.
Full text messaging program terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
We do not sell or rent your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing. Note that under Indiana and federal campaign finance law, certain contribution information (such as a contributor's name, address, occupation, and employer for contributions above reporting thresholds) is reported to election authorities and becomes part of the public record. That disclosure is a legal requirement and is separate from any marketing use.
Service providers we use
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate the campaign's communications and website. These providers process your information only to provide services to us, under terms that limit their use of your information. They include, for example:

- Email and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to send email and manage supporter records
- Website hosting and analytics providers to operate and measure the site
As stated above, mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not shared with any third party for that party's own marketing.

We keep your information for as long as needed to run the campaign and to communicate with you, and for as long as required to comply with campaign finance, tax, and other legal recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete it or remove identifying details.
